Originally from Franche Comté, my passion for cooking was born in my mother's kitchen.
Freshly graduated from the Poligny hotel school, I joined the Côte d'Azur to enrich my skills in the various Palaces of Cannes. There I discovered Mediterranean cuisine, which inspires me every day.
In 2016, I came to settle down in Saint-Martin. While continuing to travel around the world, I discover new flavors and integrate them into my cuisine.
After 5 years spent as a Chef in various restaurants in the Caribbean, I invite myself into your residences and I provide you with a large Private Chef menu for your greatest pleasure.

We had an incredible experience with Chef Ours to celebrate a special birthday. The food was delicious and the chef and his wife were the perfect blend of professionalism, commitment and friendliness. It was a most memorable evening that I highly recommend!!!
